MCM Computers is dedicated to protecting the privacy of the personally identifiable information our customers choose to share with us. *Credit/debit card information (for payment of online orders) is not entered, viewed, accessed or stored on our web site, it is securely and safely handled by NOCHEX.
(Server-Side) Log Files & Cookies
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Some web servers log your interaction with some web sites in something called a log file. Standard log files like ours contain basic information like what time what pages were viewed, and the IP address of the visitor. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We make no effort to identify IP addresses with individual users and all the information is used only to asess what areas of the web site have the most access and popularity. In general, the benefit is that we are able to provide a better online service.
